Summaries and Customer Reviews are supplied by Amazon.com Excellent but cannot give full review till I see it working Feeling more positive and happy about myself. Need to do the exercises to a more confident me. Helpful for those in need. For those who need to get past all the rubbish talked about modern day "stress" and return to the real world, a gem! Not for me Didnt find this book helpful at all! very patronising and basically anything bad that happens in your life is your own fault so suck it up! Didnt agree with everything it said at all. But some find it life changing. Do it ... and enjoy it Great read! a must for everyone who needs a boost or a push to achieve what they never thought they could do ! A Great Little Book I first bought this book around 20 years ago, and found it inspiring as a way to live ones life. I even bought the audio tape (no CD's then!) and played it in my car many many times. If I was feeling a bit low, I would arrive at my destination on a high, knowing that I could conquer the world. Since then, I have bought countless copies of the book and given them to friends or acquaintances who were going through difficult times. The feedback I had from them was also 100% positive. The book reflects the title perfectly....it helps you to go through pain barriers, and the feeling having "felt the fear and done it anyway" is indescribable.
